EasyProcess is our optional service for completing a sale: we handle the payment and the ownership transfer, so neither side has to. After the auction, our team calls the buyer and the seller, and together you choose EasyProcess or a direct deal. Once the choice is recorded, it's final.

What it costs
A ₱20,000 processing fee, which covers the government and notary costs of the transfer. The buyer and seller agree who pays it on our call, and it can be split between you. Nothing else is added on top.
How it works for you
For buyers
- Pay us the winning bid plus your share of the processing fee by bank transfer, within 5 working days of the terms being agreed.
- Your deposit is already your service fee, so nothing else is added on top.
- We hold your payment until the car is handed over and the deed of sale is notarized, then release the documents to you once the new CR is in your name.
For sellers
- We collect the payment from the buyer, so you never have to chase it.
- You're paid the winning bid, less your share of the processing fee, once the car is handed over and the deed of sale is notarized.
- We prepare the paperwork and handle the HPG clearance and LTO transfer for you.
